Payment
First orders per advance payment (transfer); further orders paid per invoice.
In both cases we offer instant payment via PayPal.
Shipping
To prevent damage to the Kibonu Tree as a result of transport delays, we exclusively use the Premium Service of DPD. This guarantees quick transport of domestic and international shipments.
Shipping costs
Within Germany: 6.90 €
Within the EU: 19.90 €
Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 25.90 €
Postage-free delivery within Germany with an order value of € 60.00 or more
Should your destination country not be included in the country list, please write us a short email and we will inform you of the shipping costs. We deliver worldwide on request.
Please contact us in the event of larger orders so that we can make you an individual offer.
Delivery times
We only send from Mondays to Wednesday to prevent the Kibonu Trees from damage when unnecessarily stored at the post office over the weekend.
Our delivery times are non-binding. First orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days following receipt of the invoice amount on our account. All further orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days following order confirmation. Each Kibonu is individually made for you following receipt of your order.
If the shipping of the plant is not to take place during a specific time period (e.g. during a holiday), you have the option of making a note in the comment box during the order process.
